Every story has a beginning. The same goes for Apart! Moment!. What started as a passion for quality and taste has grown step by step into what we are today. With perseverance, a clear vision and a love for beautiful products, we continue to build our story every day.

Who are we?
21 years ago our adventure began.
We started modestly on Zeedijk with the Coqisserie, the beginning of a new story.
In Villa Aida, in the 60s and 70s, you could find the finest patisserie on the coast.
Serving breakfast in a non hotel environment was new in De Haan at the time.
The risk paid off and we started expanding step by step, with the upstairs B&B and 9 rooms as the highlight.

In January 2017 we chose a complete make over, even the name had to change.
The previous one did not have the right feel anymore, was too international and not easy to pronounce (and also not easy online…).
Apart! (Lovely staying) and Moment! (Delicious enjoyment) were born.
Meanwhile our team has grown. The maxi cosi in the kitchen has made way for two wonderfully grown up teenagers, Perle and Matteo.
During their student years they were happy to help build our story.
Since last year we have also had a brand new concept by Matteo: waffles on the go with the Bakfiets, available for hire for all your parties!

With a calm atmosphere, yet with a local and contemporary feel based on delicious recipes from the past.
